Oh Brother

8/1/07: This month we feature a photo by Diana Potter.


This photo of Red-shouldered hawk babies was taken just beyond the barn on July 6th 2007. The previous Sunday, July 1st, she photographed a parent landing on the nest with one of the babies looking out just under its talons. According to Potter, "I decided to come back on my next day off to try again. It is amazing how fast they grew."
