Entering a New Phase…

In Agricultural and Residential, ESF, Sand Hill Farm, Stewardship & Restoration Projects by Administrator

With weeks of hard work behind us and the arrival of the cover crop seed, we are entering a new phase at Sand Hill Farm. More on that next week. This week, we share some photos from the last week.

The picture above shows Kim Hayes, our Stewardship Director, standing on yet another massive pile of plastic that was removed from Sand Hill Farm. Just like the other plastic, it has been loaded up and hauled off in dumpsters. Work crews also kept busy removing old agricultural pipes and other trash found around the property.

And a big thanks to Ken the Land Dude our Land Steward for all his hard work at Sand Hill Farm. Here he is at the start of the project looking a lot less dusty.
