Meet at the Elkhorn Slough Reserve Visitor Center

This walk will provide a first-hand look at the transformation of former eucalyptus grove.  Stewardship Specialists, Bree Candiloro will lead you through the restored native habitat teaming with diversity.  Come and enjoy the success of native restoration at the Elkhorn Slough Reserve. 

We will gather at the Reserve’s Visitor Center  and then carpool to the ungroomed trail taking us to the restoration site.  Please wear sturdy walking shoes for this medium intensity walk.
