On a clear and brisk Saturday morning, a group of devoted
mycophiles assembled in the Visitor Center conference room to
hunt for mushrooms and other fungi of interest at the third
annual Fungus Foray. On the following pages you will see several
of the three dozen species we collected that day in the oak
understory and grasslands of the Elkhorn Slough Reserve.
