 This bushtit chick had fallen from its nest and was brought to the Visitor Center. Staffer Tricia Wilson, with vast experience in wildlife recovery, took over its care.  Another look at the tiny chick, face still dirty from a recent feeding.  Although originally scouted by Tree Swallows, this birdbox became home to a pair of Western Bluebirds, who raised two chicks there. |
