A Great Egret stalks...and strikes!


This female sea otter has recently mated - she got a bloody nose when the male bit her there during, um, the activity.


The grey feathers on their wings and necks indicate that these two American White Pelicans are juveniles.


Brown Pelicans, Pelagic Cormorants, and Double-crested Cormorants share a little preening time on the mudflats.
