OK, photos of brown pelicans are hardly rare, even on this website. But you have to admit this is one handsome devil.


A (Lesser?) Yellowlegs pays a visit to the slough...


...as does a jellyfish, caught in the pickleweed at high tide.


Two examples of irridescence – a light rain has activated the winged termites....


...and a Pelagic Cormorant does a little grooming in Moss Landing Harbor.
