Science Panel

Who
Regional scientists or resource managers with local or regional expertise in estuarine ecology, hydrology, or geology.


Role

  • Compiles background research
  • Identifies key habitats and hydrological problems
  • Recommends large to small scale alternatives for restoration
  • Develops and recommends strategies
  • Identifies adaptive management and monitoring activities


Meetings
Larger group meets 2-4 times over two years, smaller Working Groups will be created to meet much more often to accomplish various tasks.
