There are always opportunities to get involved at Elkhorn Slough. There are long-term prospects and short-term projects. We encourage you to think about your interests, skills, passion, and time commitments.

The Reserve and Foundation hold public clean-up days, planting days, and general work days where we invite the public to come out, get dirty, make new friends and help out in the watershed.
We also welcome organized groups – private, corporate, community or school based groups. Contact the Volunteer Coordinator to learn more.
To be an active volunteer and Reserve ambassador, the Reserve holds a Volunteer Training Program for those who want to learn about the Slough, dedicate more time, and pursue special interests.
